Yes, there's often someone at Villa Evgenia to welcome you or advise you on a beach outing, restaurant or activity. You'll have our phone number and, better still, our interactive map available on your smartphone.
What are the nearest beaches and how far away are they? are they?
A small beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, 9 of which are on a wooded path and only 100 m on a road. The first significant beach accessible by car is Dessimi Beach, 4 km and 9 minutes away by car. There are over 73 registered beaches in Lefkada. We can help you select one each morning to suit your needs, moods, etc.
What equipment and services are included in the rental (e.g. Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning)?
All these services and more are available.
Are there any additional costs (e.g. cleaning costs, tourist tax)?
No, everything is included, including final cleaning. Tourist tax is also included.
Do you supply linens and towels?
Yes, and a change of linen for rentals of more than 7 days, or in case of accidents or need. Towels must remain at Ville Evgenia and are not intended for use on the beach.
Are there any restrictions on pets?
Not really, unless you have a really eccentric pet! You remain responsible for your pet. It must be vaccinated and legally registered in Greece. Please let us know if you are arriving with a pet. We'll be able to select a more suitable apartment according to the other guests at Villa Evgenia.
How do I get to the rental from the nearest airport or train station?
To get around Lefkada, a car is recommended. You can rent a car at Prevenza airport. However, if you have any problems, please contact us and we'll put you in touch with partners who can arrange transport, even from remote origins.
What breakfast options are available?
Villa evgenia does not offer breakfast, but you will find this resource locally through a partner company.
Does Villa Evgenia have a parking lot, and if so, is it free?
Yes and yes.
Does Villa Evgenia offer a laundry service?
On request, we can wash your clothes. There may be a charge for this service. We do not handle drying.
If you require a laundry service, we can direct you to the island.
Is there Internet/Wi-Fi access in the rooms, and is it free?
Yes, the quality of the connection is relative. However, the villa is well covered in 3G, 4G and 5G.
Is it possible to book apartments with disabled access?
Please contact us for further information. 4 of our apartments are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
I've read in internet comments that the access road could be a problem. Is this the case? Is it necessary to come by 4x4?
The road had been damaged in previous years, but was repaired in early 2023.
Any rental car can therefore use it without any problem. Just don't bring an over-decked vehicle. The last 1,000 meters are made up of a dirt road in the forest, with concrete sections. Driving speed is 30 km/h.

Fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen, oven, crockery, iron, hairdryer, dryer, tables and chairs, multi-sockets, etc.
Villa Evgenia has a swimming pool.
Not yet, but it's planned for next year. We can point you in the direction of swimming pools close to the Villa, with other views of the sea, and in a friendly atmosphere.

Yes, but you'll have to be very careful in the wooded environment, especially in the dry season.

Yes, if you're the first! Villa Evgenia is ideal for family events. With over 30 beds available in total, you'll be able to group together a large number of participants. All you have to do is be the first to book for that period!
Do you have baby facilities?
Yes, Villa Evgenia offers you a cot! A cot is a type of portable bed designed for babies and young children. It is also known by other names, such as travel cot, portable crib or folding bed.
So that you don't have to travel with these cumbersome cots on a plane, for example, you can put your baby to sleep in complete safety.
We also have baby seats so you can enjoy family meals with your very young children.
Are there any games for children?
Villa Evgenia's garden is a huge playground (always under parental supervision and responsibility). You'll also find a swing for the little ones and a climbing rope.
